Returns & Exchanges

At Handmade Joy, we want you to love your unique fashion pieces; if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your handmade items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
